What Will You Find Between Two Lungs

You can’t change the past. You can only your future. But then, the question is , How do you change your future?

Look back on your past and recognize your mistakes. Learn from them and change who you are, so you don’t make those same mistakes ever again. I can look back on life and wish things were different. Wish I didn’t do half of the things I did. I was a terrible person that had no morals and no idea what I was doing and who I was hurting. I can think about those times and wish I had done none of it. Which I do, but I can live with myself knowing I will never do those terrible things again because, I’ve learned from those mistakes and grown as a person.

Although I know I’ve changed, the people around me might doubt me. Doubt that I’ve changed. Not knowing what I’d be like when they’re not around.

All I can do is continue being this changed person, and HOPE she sees that I’m capable of earning trust.

Capable of earning her whole heart.

With all walls down.

HOPE She sees who I am. And one day, Forget who I used to be.
